Precision end-forming for 304 and 316 stainless steel wire

Customers who have determined a specific diameter and length of wire may benefit from additional end-forming of the proximal or distal end. Point styles include: aggressive deburr, bevel or angle cut, end ball, bull-nose or full radiused ends, chamfering, and conical grind or pencil point. The options are available for 304 and 316 wire in diameters ranging from 0.003” to 0.150”.
