Component Supply offers precision, square, burr-free cutting to tight tolerances of small diameter metal wire from 0.005” diameter to 0.1500” diameter. Available lengths range from as short as 0.025” to as long as 80.00”. Additional end-forming can be achieved at one or both ends, including bull-nosing, chamfering, beveling, conical or point grinding, and aggressive deburring.
