Component Supply offers precision, burr-free cutting of metal tubing to customer-specified lengths and tolerances. Welded and drawn 304 or 316 hypodermic tubing, seamless annealed tubing, and brass tubing are frequently used materials for this capability. Additional point styles can be achieved for cannula and needle manufacturing including chamfering, bevel cut (also known as bias cut), pencil point, deflected point or anti-coring (also know as “Huber” point), closed-end, and trephine cut.
